Returns and Refunds
The Small Print
Returns are only accepted when there has been a shipping error. You will NEVER receive an item that is not exactly what was listed and pictured! All items are tested and in working order before shipment for quality assurance! If there are questions or issues with an order please email us directly and we will work out a solution together amicably and timely!
Shipping and Delivery
We will combine shipping on multiple packages for sale in our store. Please email a combined shipping request for a discounted price quote BEFORE making purchases.
NO P.O. BOXES OR APO ADDRESSES WILL BE SHIPPED TO! SORRY
We do not accept emailed requests to change shipping address after shipment has gone out.
We are not responsible for any incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
Item(s) is/are USUALLY shipped via FEDEX within 2 business days of payment, unless payment is received after 4:00 pm (CST) or the weekend, in which case it will be shipped Monday; unless it is a holiday.
FEDEX is the preferred method, unless a request is made to ship via another carrier from the buyer.
We will use USPS as an alternative shipping method also.
It is to the SELLER's discretion,unless buyer tells us otherwise.
We strive to get each package shipped, and scanned by the local SHIPPER to ensure tracking can be followed immediately.
Seldom, but it does happen, scanning of packages is out of our control.
The item will be shipped with its original packaging.
Removing the contents to allow for a less expensive shipping cost is not advised.
However, we will do as our buyer’s request.
The seller will not be held accountable/liable for damages incurred during shipping once an item is removed from its original container.
Every effort will be taken to ensure a safe shipment.
Shipping prices are based on material weight and actual postage.
Handling fees are never charged, nor is a fuel surcharge.
Insurance and tracking are included with purchase up to $50 purchase. Additional fees will apply if more insurance is needed to insure safe delivery.
Please note, the USPS PRIORITY insures up to $50.00 as part of the postage.
If the value of your purchase is beyond $50.00, as the buyer, you will be charged insurance fees.
